This data pack/mod gives skeletons, stray, bogged, parched, piglin, and pillagers "quivers" (not visually, but technically). What does that mean? They have limited arrows. Say, 20, or 30 (it's random). In addition, we, the players, can pick up arrows shot by the above mentioned, but... they can also pick up the arrows we shot. Uh oh...
Phewph, they've run out of arrows! This will be eas-... AH! They just pulled out a sword!
runs away
-How Does It Work?-
Skeletons, strays, bogged, and parched will shoot players with their bows until they run out of arrows, at which point they will switch to a sword and attack.
Piglins and pillagers will shoot with their crossbows until they run out of arrows, at which point they will switch to a sword and attack.
If, at any point, they pick up an arrow item sitting on the ground, or an arrow that was shot (excluding arrows shot with infinity), then they will resume shooting with arrows.
-What Can The Player Do?-
When an enemy misses the player, the player can run and pick up the arrow that was shot and fire it back at the enemy!
-Anything That Should Be Kept In Mind?-
Arrows shot from Infinity bows cannot be picked up.
Good luck! And go get-'em!
