CombatGlow
CombatGlow is a lightweight client-side Fabric mod designed to help you keep track of the player you are fighting during chaotic PvP battles.
Features
- 15-second combat tracking — Your target is highlighted for 15 seconds after you hit them.
- Target stays locked — Hitting another player does not change your current target.
- Timer reset — Hitting your current target again resets the timer to 15 seconds.
- Final 3-second warning — The target starts flashing red during the last 3 seconds.
- Client-side outline — The highlight is rendered only on your client.
- No wallhack — The outline is not rendered when the target is hidden behind blocks.
- Target timer bar — A bar above the target's nametag shows the remaining time.
- Lightweight — Designed to have minimal impact on performance.
How It Works
Hit a player to start tracking them. Their outline will remain visible for 15 seconds.
Hitting a different player will not change your target. You must hit your current target again to reset the timer.
Once 15 seconds pass without hitting your target, the highlight disappears and the next player you hit becomes your new target.
Client-Side
CombatGlow is a client-side mod and does not require any server-side installation.
It does not apply the actual Minecraft Glowing status effect to players. The highlight is rendered locally on your client.
