This datapack makes diamonds rarer

Diamonds exposed to air are a lot rarer, and the ones buried not as much. Non buried diamond ores are now smaller and the ones that spawn only buried are now larger

Note: Sometimes there can be more diamonds than in vanilla in a specific spot but it is very rare
