NdRz's Weapons Animation Restore

NdRz's Weapons natively have compatibility with Punchy, but due to a small conflict between better combat and Punchy, 3rd-person animations from better combat have to be disabled.

This datapack restore Better Combat 3rd-person pose if you dont use Punchy.
