A standalone crate plugin for Paper with physical crates, keys, roulette animation, and generic custom-item support.

All admin commands require pixelcrates.admin:

`/crate setlocation <id>`	Set the block you're looking at as the crate's physical location
`/crate addreward <id> <chance> [rewardId]`	Add the item in your hand as a reward
`/crate removereward <id> <rewardId>`	Remove a reward

`/crate setprice <id> <price>`	Set the key's price for the shop
`/crate list`	List all crates
`/crate delete <id>`	Delete a crate
`/crate reload`	Reload the configuration
`/crate importphoenix <id\|all>`	Import from PhoenixCrates

Players with pixelcrates.use (default: everyone) can open crates by right-clicking, provided they're holding the matching key.

PixelCrates can automatically import existing crates from PhoenixCrates (display name + rewards, including weighting).
