Enchanted Cauldron Fix

A tiny, focused fix for cauldron heating in Enchanted: Witchcraft.

The bug

1. Place a cauldron over a heat source.
2. Fill it with 3 buckets of water.
3. Put in a recipe - it completes normally.
4. Fill it with 3 buckets of water again.
5. The cauldron never boils or becomes ready to cook again.

The only workarounds were adding a 4th bucket (which nudges the blockstate even though the cauldron is already full) or breaking and replacing the cauldron entirely.

What this mod does

Fixes the cauldron so it properly starts heating again after being refilled following a completed recipe, without needing the bucket trick or a rebuild.
