Purge skript which edits a hologram at spawn turning off keepinv and allowing players to loot and kill eachother with special effects for a limited time.

/Purge [number] [time] - starts purge with selected end time
/endpurge - ends a purge
/timepurge [number] [time] - starts a purge in given time ( edit length of timepurge in config)
