Frostforge: StackRelay

The next stack, right when you need it.

StackRelay is a lightweight Minecraft Bedrock utility add-on that keeps your building flow moving. When you place the final block from your selected hotbar stack, StackRelay automatically moves the next matching stack from your carried inventory into the same slot.

No menus. No commands. No oversized feature pack. Just keep building.

How it works

Put matching building stacks anywhere in your carried inventory and place blocks normally. When the selected stack runs out, StackRelay finds the next matching stack and swaps it into that slot on the following game tick.

If no matching stack is available, nothing happens and your slot remains empty.

Scope and limitations

StackRelay deliberately does one job well. It searches the player's standard 36-slot carried inventory, including the hotbar. It does not pull from bundles, shulker boxes, ender chests, nearby storage blocks, or other players.

Requirements

• Minecraft Bedrock 1.26.40 or newer
• No experimental toggles required

Installation

1. Download the .mcaddon file.
2. Open it with Minecraft to import both packs.
3. Create or edit a world.
4. Activate Frostforge: StackRelay 1.0.0 under Behavior Packs. The companion resource pack should activate automatically.

 

Frostforge Addons

Frostforge Addons are small, independent Minecraft Bedrock add-ons built around a simple promise: one purpose, done well. Install only the features you want without loading a massive pack full of systems you do not need.
