This changes the brewing recipe for Ability Capsule in Cobblemon, where originally it would require Dragon's Breath where you either defeat a dratini/deino line or collect it from the ender dragon, this datapack changes the recipe to amethyst shard with medicinal brew to create Ability Capsules.
You can also use these Ability Capsules Along with 1 Diamond to createan Ability Patch which unlocks the Hidden Ability of your Cobblemon
