Ever found a sword with Sharpness X? Full armor with all four protections stacked at once?
Whether it's an old exploit, a misconfigured enchanting plugin, or items imported from another server, illegal or conflicting enchantments eventually show up and break vanilla balance. FixVanillaEnchantments detects and corrects them automatically, the moment they appear — no admin has to check anything by hand.
Features
- Configurable vanilla level limits for every enchantment
- Detects and resolves incompatible enchantment combos (Sharpness+Smite, Fortune+Silk Touch, Protection+Fire Protection, etc.) with a configurable priority order
- Removes enchantments that are invalid for the item type (e.g. Aqua Affinity on a sword)
- Checks the contents of shulker boxes along with the box itself
- Checks chests, barrels, ender chests, dispensers and droppers when they're closed
- Automatic correction on: join, inventory click, drag, picking up from the ground, hotbar switch, hand swap, inventory close
- /fixmyitems command so players can fix their own inventory on demand
- Fully translatable: every message (chat, log file, console debug) comes from a language file — Spanish and English included
- All correction logs written to file asynchronously — zero impact on TPS
- Every trigger and message can be toggled independently

Built for busy servers
- Logging never blocks the main thread: queued in memory, flushed to disk asynchronously.
- Shulker boxes are filtered by item type before their NBT is ever read — zero cost for every other item.
- Containers are only checked when closed, never through a hopper listener or world scan.
- Inventory events discard irrelevant cases before scheduling any task.
