About
ElytraChunkGuard is a lightweight plugin designed to reduce problems caused by players flying into chunks faster than the server can prepare them.
It asynchronously prepares chunks ahead of high-speed Elytra players and applies bounded speed limiting when necessary.
The plugin is intentionally simple and lightweight, with no database, no NMS, and no external runtime dependencies.

Installation
