I have found a way to make your Armor and Tools flash between Gold and Blue glint:)
I was bored of just having 1 color Glint or the ''typical'' Rainbow colored Glints. So I put alot of work into my own pack and it turned out perfectly, works for every version but I would recommend to use it on the newest, because the pack might appear ''red'' ingame and it might say: ''made for a newer version''
