On Minecraft servers, I very often read the rule
« when you break a tree, please replant »
...But players, distracted or simply too lazy for it, forget to do it.
Forests disappears, redstone factories grow, and so your server is
no more balanced between CO2 production and Oxygen renewal.

Leave Britney alone. Save a tree, eat a beaver...
and more important, don't let your players die by asphyxie!
Using this plugin will help keeping your forests populated,
as saplings will replant themselves. Greta Thunberg will approve!

This plugin is inspired by the datapack SmartSaplings which I really liked, but unfortunately, it no more works witch 1.15 (because "dirt_like" tag as been removed) . As I needed this feature quickly for my server, am not familiar with datapack creation, and prefer having a configurable plugin, I write something similar for Spigot / Paper.
Usage
Play as usual, and when you'll break a tree / leaves, saplings falling on the ground will replant themselves.
Installation
There is no dependencies, simply drop the jar file into your plugin directory, then restart (or reload) your server.
(optional) Install the plugin FastLeafDecay which works fine with.
Configuration
All configuration parameters are explained in this config.yml .
Commands
- /sar-reload , to reload the plugin configuration.
- sar.reload (default: op) allows the use of /sar-reload command.

Too bad for you: Tired of reports without information and having to repeat the same thing over and over, I no longer provide any help. It took me time to write several versions of reporting guidelines for nothing... Thanks to those lazy persons!
