WederDiscord is a powerful and modern Discord integration plugin designed to connect your Minecraft server directly with Discord.

Built using JDA 5, asynchronous tasks, and non-blocking I/O, WederDiscord provides a complete Discord integration without unnecessarily impacting your server's main thread.

Installation

1. Download WederDiscord.
2. Place the JAR inside your server's /plugins folder. Start the server once.
3. WederDiscord will generate its configuration files inside plugins/WederDiscord/. Stop the server.
4. Open config.yml. Configure your Discord Bot Token and Guild ID under discord.bot.
5. Configure webhook URLs under webhook.channels if you want to use webhooks.
6. Configure your Discord channel IDs inside channels.yml.
7. Start your server again and check the console for the successful Discord connection.

Discord Bot Setup

1. Go to the Discord Developer Portal and create a New Application.
2. Open the Bot section, create/configure your bot, and copy its token.
3. Paste the token into discord.bot.token.
4. Enable the following Privileged Gateway Intents:
   
   • SERVER MEMBERS INTENT
     
   • MESSAGE CONTENT INTENT
     
5. Open OAuth2 → URL Generator and enable:
   
   • bot
     
   • applications.commands
     
6. Give the bot the permissions required by the features you use, including:
   
   • Send Messages
     
   • Embed Links
     
   • Read Message History
     
   • Manage Roles
     
   • Ban Members
     
7. Invite the bot to your Discord server. Copy your Discord Server ID and configure it under discord.bot.guild-id.
8. Configure the corresponding Guild ID and role mappings inside sync.yml.

Account Linking
/link <code> — Permission: wederdiscord.use. Confirms the temporary verification code generated through Discord.

Punishment Commands

WederDiscord includes a standalone punishment system, allowing you to moderate your Minecraft server directly without requiring another punishment plugin.

Storage

WederDiscord supports two database systems:

• SQLite — Default, zero configuration required.
• MySQL — Recommended for larger servers and networks. Uses HikariCP connection pooling.
