This is a simple plugin that allows youtubers and streamers to broadcast when they are recording!
WARNING: Make sure to save and delete your config when updating from v2.0!

/recording <#ofSubs> - Broadcasts if a youtuber is recording.
/streaming <#ofFollowers> - Broadcasts if someone is streaming.

recording.use - allows use of the /recording command.
streaming.use - allows use of the /streaming command
