📖 About This Mod

RCT Soft Level Cap is a Quality of Life (QoL) addon designed to resolve the frustration of being unable to use high-level Pokémon in battles due to the RCT mod's level cap system. Now, you can freely include your powerful Pokémon in your party without worrying about level restrictions—while also preventing them from completely overwhelming the battle!

✨ Key Features

Level Cap Bypass: High-level Pokémon exceeding the level cap are no longer blocked from entering battles.

Temporary Level Scaling: During battles, your Pokémon's levels will be temporarily scaled down to match the current level cap.

Full Restoration: After the battle ends, your Pokémon will immediately regain their original levels, EXP, and equipped moves.

Dynamic Level Cap Sync: The mod reads the current level cap (which changes based on RCT's progression) at the start of every battle to ensure accurate scaling.

🛡️ Exceptions & Compatibility

Battle Tower Excluded: This scaling system does not apply to special Battle Tower matches that forcefully adjust levels to 50 or 100.

Cobbleverse Compatible: Fully tested and compatible with the Cobbleverse Project.

⚙️ Installation & Requirements

Environment: Works perfectly in both Singleplayer and Dedicated Servers.

Installation: Required on the server-side. Client-side installation is allowed but strictly optional.

Compatibility Warning: This mod utilizes Mixins into the internal methods of RCT and RCT API. Therefore, major updates to the original mods may break compatibility. We recommend backing up your worlds before updating.
