World Packs
Give a Minecraft world its own ordered stack of resource packs. Every player who joins is required to load them, even vanilla clients.
Merging resource packs by hand is painful and irreversible. This keeps them as a list you can reorder or undo at any time, stored with the world rather than baked into it.
What it does
- Pick and order resource packs per world, from the Edit World screen
- Joining players are required to load them, decline or fail, and you don't get in
- Works with completely unmodded clients; only the host needs the mod
- Packs live inside the world folder, so the world stays self-contained and portable
- The host gets the same packs applied locally, with no download
- Fully reversible: delete
worldpacks.jsonand the world is back to stock
How to use
- Singleplayer → pick a world → Edit → Resource Packs...
- Choose your packs and drag them into priority order. Packs from your own
resourcepacks/folder are copied into the world so it stays self-contained. - Open to LAN, or run the world on a server. Joining players get the packs automatically.
