enter the command:
/tag <name> add mahoraga
then enter:
/function mhrga:mahoraga
make sure to enable cheats in your world
only one person can be mahoraga
abilities
eight handled wheel (visual only):
adapt: gives resistance and regeneration

doesn't have a visual effect
world cutting slash:
(cooldown: 20s)
