wiget's worldgen config

Minimal-impact world generation tweaks to fix some issues I have with vanilla worldgen.
Changes:
- Deep Dark
- Much rarer, only generating in the most extreme erosion and continentalness values.
- As with above, ancient cities have been made much rarer as well, about on par with woodland mansions.
- Most (~80%) of contiguous deep dark biomes contain at least one ancient city.
- Dappled forest
- Now generate in T1 H2 and positive weirdness, making them now generate besides forests and taigas. This also makes them a bit more common.
- Can now generate in plateaus
- Mountains no longer are cut off at y=256, and instead can reach up to the height limit (although the highest peaks I have found are at y=315).
- To compensate for much rarer ancient cities, Swift Sneak can now be traded from librarians. It is still a treasure enchantment.
Seedfinders / seedviewers will mostly still work with this datapack, however deep dark and dappled forest biomes will be in different positions. Ancient cities will not be correct. For a mostly accurate map, see https://map.jacobsjo.eu/ and upload this datapack.
