Thewitherstorm
Thewitherstorm is a Minecraft Bedrock add-on focused on bringing a custom Wither Storm experience to the game, with custom models, textures, animations, particles, sounds, and gameplay systems.
Features
- Custom Wither Storm — adds a custom Wither Storm entity with its own model, textures, animations, and visual effects.
- Phase system — the Wither Storm has a progression system with multiple phases that change its state during gameplay. Some mechanics are intentionally not fully explained so players can discover them themselves.
- Custom particles and effects — includes custom effects related to the Wither Storm and its abilities.
- Custom sounds — adds sounds for different Wither Storm actions and events.
- World interaction — the Wither Storm is designed to interact with and destroy parts of the Minecraft environment.
- Custom resources — the add-on includes custom blocks, items, recipes, and other resources.
- Custom resource pack — includes custom textures and visual changes designed specifically for the add-on.
- Custom moon cycle — includes a simple vanilla-inspired custom moon appearance.
Current Version: 0.1.9.9 — Test
This version is not fully functional yet and is primarily intended for testing the current foundation of the project.
The Wither Storm currently has several known issues:
- The Wither Storm render is currently not working correctly, so the entity may be invisible even though its entity and hitbox are present.
- Some functions are still broken or incomplete.
- The "shoot" function currently has an error and does not work correctly.
- Some visual systems and other features are still being developed and may change in future versions.
Some planned functionality may currently require a separate patch to work correctly.
The project is actively being developed, and future versions will focus on fixing these issues and expanding the Wither Storm's functionality.
