Insta-Harvest lets you instantly harvest and replant crops (Wheat, Carrots, Potato, Beetroots, and Nether Wart) as a feature of Hoes!

Right-click (or whatever the Use key is) with the Hoe on a crop block to harvest it and revert the crop to its first growth stage.
One less Seeds item will drop from insta-harvesting (since it gets planted).
Insta-Harvesting does cost durability.
Fortune applies the same as normal.
Do note that not just mature crops can be harvested this way, but only mature crops will have drops.
