Jangshi Mod (1.21.1) – Hunt Hopping Undead and Wear Powerful Talisman Hats

Jangshi Mod introduces hopping undead mobs and powerful talisman headwear to cherry grove biomes. The mod populates blossom forests with hostile jumping monsters and afflicted villagers that wander beneath the pink trees. Defeating these foes and curing the infected villagers lets you collect special talismans. By attaching these charms to collected hats, you unlock distinct perks such as night vision, mob deterrence, and enhanced jumping.

• Spawns the hostile Jangshi mob exclusively in cherry grove biomes, moving around by jumping.
• Adds the Jangshi Villager, which can be cured using a potion of weakness and a golden apple.

Talisman Effects:

• Jangshi Talisman Hat: Grants jumping movement identical to the hopping mob.
• Cat Talisman Hat: Scares away nearby creepers when worn.
• Village Talisman Hat: Gives Haste II when standing near villagers.
• Moon Talisman Hat: Grants Strength and Night Vision when worn during nighttime.

How to Use:

1. Explore cherry grove biomes to locate hopping Jangshi mobs and infected villagers.
2. Use shears on a Jangshi to retrieve its paper talisman, or defeat it to claim its hat.
3. Cure a Jangshi Villager with a potion of weakness and a golden apple to receive a Village Talisman.
4. Combine a Jangshi Hat with any collected talisman inside an anvil to activate its passive effect.
5. Place the enchanted hat into your helmet armor slot to benefit from its powers.
