Send player back to lobby if the server is stopped, randomly.
This is not a Bungee Plugin, place this in a Spigot server.
You can use something like:

Sometimes low-lobby performance can't hold a party of players joining together at the same time.
So you can use different fallback servers to ensure that each server are getting equal amount of joins.
