✨ DiabloDrops [Remastered] ✨HIGHLY CONFIGURABLE | PERMISSIONS | CUSTOM ITEMS | EASY SETUP | 1.21
What is DiabloDrops?
DiabloDrops randomly equips mobs with tiered gear straight out of Diablo — Legendary, Set, Rare, Magical, Lore and Unidentified items with rolled enchantments, random
names, custom lore, elemental combat effects and item sockets. Everything from tier weights to enchantment limits to the crafting recipes is configurable, with safe
reloads that never leave your server on a broken config.
Originally based on the now-deprecated
DiabloDrops plugin.
DiabloDrops plugin.
- 7 loot tiers out of the box — Legendary, Lore, Magical, Rare, Set, Unidentified and the ultra-rare Mythic, each with its own weight, drop chance, color and enchantment budget. Add as many as you want, one file per tier.
- Per-mob drop tuning — bosses like the Wither, Warden and Elder Guardian drop tiered gear far more often than a common Zombie, all configurable.
- Combat effects — Attack, Defense, Fire, Shrink, Explode and potion-style effects (Speed, Slowness, Invisibility…) rolled onto item lore.
- Item Sockets — pick up a Socket Enhancement and click it onto an item with an open socket to add another effect.
- Identify Tomes — reveal what an Unidentified item really is. The crafting recipe is fully configurable in recipes.yml, and the item's lore always shows the current recipe automatically.
- Masterwork Stones — pick one up and click it onto an enchanted item to raise one of its existing enchantments by 1 level, chosen at random (Diablo 4-style Masterworking). Works once per item, only on items DiabloDrops generated, and glows to stand out in your inventory.
- Set bonuses — matching set pieces grant extra effects.
- Custom items — define your own guaranteed-drop items with materials, enchantments and lore.
- In-game item menu — /ddr menu lets players browse and preview every tier.
- Full text customization — every message, name, prefix/suffix and lore line supports MiniMessage (gradients, hex colors, hover/click) as well as legacy & codes.
- English & Spanish out of the box — switch with one config line; add your own overrides without losing future updates.
- PlaceholderAPI support — expose tier counts, custom item counts and per-tier chances to other plugins.
- Safe, atomic reloads — /ddr reload validates every file before touching live state. A broken YAML never disables features or corrupts the plugin.
- Tested with MockBukkit — the crafting, inventory and reload logic is covered by an automated regression suite.
