🔥 Siren Head: Fire Alarm
🚨 About This Addon
When the siren’s wail is no longer just a sound, but an all-consuming inferno...
Siren Head: Fire Alarm introduces a brand-new, colossal horror entity to your world. It is not merely a visual spectacle; it is a walking natural disaster. Please read the mechanics and performance warnings below carefully before engaging.
✨ Core Features
🔥 A Walking Inferno
Towering in size, every step it takes brings devastation. The Fire Alarm continuously ignites its surroundings as it moves, causing widespread fire to spread in its wake. Wherever it treads, only scorched earth remains.
💨 Perpetually Smoking Hands
Look closely at its hands—thick black smoke billows from them constantly! This is not a standard particle effect, but a "pseudo-infinite" smoke emission system bound via animation controllers (999,999-second loop), ensuring it maintains its suffocating visual presence under any circumstances.
🦶 Cataclysmic Stomp Attack
It doesn’t just tear prey apart with its hands; it crushes the earth beneath its feet! Note the trigger conditions:
Activation Threshold: The stomp attack only activates when more than 15 targets are locked within range. This is a crowd-clearing mechanic, not a single-target pursuit tool.
Destruction Radius: Upon activation, it unleashes an instantaneous flame shockwave with a ~40-block radius centered on the impact point.
Dual Damage: Deals massive physical and fire damage simultaneously, capable of instantly vaporizing most armored entities.
⚠️ Critical Performance Warning
Low-Spec Device Users: Read Carefully!
The 40-block instantaneous fire generation from the stomp attack places extreme strain on chunk updates and rendering pipelines. If you are on a low-end device, we strongly advise avoiding triggering the stomp mechanic (i.e., do not gather more than 15 entities near it). Forcing this attack may cause severe frame drops, stuttering, or even game crashes. High-end devices can safely ignore this warning and experience the full apocalyptic spectacle.
🛠️ Technical Details (For Modpack Authors)
Target locking uses a whitelist filter, precisely targeting players, iron golems, wardens, villagers, all illager variants, and witches.
Smoke particles use an animation controller binding + ultra-long single-frame loop solution, completely bypassing script silent failure issues. Timers auto-reset upon re-entering the world.
The stomp attack is a conditional AoE, not a default attack mode. It will never trigger accidentally during normal exploration.
