Overview
L-SkriptPlaceholders is an enterprise-grade bridge between the Skript plugin and PlaceholderAPI. It allows server administrators to retrieve, format, and display any internal Skript variable inside scoreboards, tab lists, chat formatters, holograms, menus, and any plugin supporting PlaceholderAPI without performance penalties.

Built specifically for modern server environments, it natively supports regional multi-threading on Folia as well as standard Paper and Purpur architectures.

Placeholder Usage Guide

The expansion provides two registered identifiers by default: %lskript_<params>% and %skript_<params>%.

1. Scalar & Scoped Variables

• %lskript_server_coins% - Returns the value of global variable {server_coins}.
• %lskript_{server_coins}% - Outer curly brackets are automatically resolved.
• %lskript_balance::{player}% - Resolves to {balance::PlayerName}.
• %lskript_stats::{uuid}::kills% - Resolves to {stats::UUID::kills}.

2. List Variables ({list::*})

• %lskript_top_players::*::size% - Returns the total count of elements in the list variable.
• %lskript_top_players::*::list% - Returns all values formatted and joined by the configured separator.
• %lskript_top_players::*::keys% - Returns all keys in the list variable.
• %lskript_top_players::*::index::1% - Returns the specific element stored at key 1.

3. Configured Custom Placeholders

• %lskript_player_coins% - Maps directly to coins::{player} with a fallback default of 0.
• %lskript_player_kills% - Maps directly to stats::{uuid}::kills.
• %lskript_server_motd% - Maps directly to server_motd.

Commands and Permissions

Configuration (config.yml)

Installation and Requirements

1. Ensure your server is running on Java 17 or Java 21.
2. Install PlaceholderAPI (v2.11.0+) and Skript (v2.7.0+ for 1.19.4+).
3. Place L-SkriptPlaceholders-1.0.0.jar inside your server's /plugins/ directory.
4. Restart the server to generate configuration and language files.
5. Run /papi reload and /lskript reload to confirm registration.
