Restores the AnvilCraft Ionocraft Backpack to 20 minutes of flight time and makes its capacity and energy consumption configurable.

- Flight time: 20 minutes
Requires Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge, and AnvilCraft 1.6.0+snapshot.2199 or newer.
