This is now possible!
All you have to do is to put the plugin in the plugins folder, restart (or reload) your server, configure it and enjoy!
Here is the default config example.
Triggering this will make the console broadcast "Hello BullCheat" for example.
The trigger is left-click, right-click, left, right, left, left, left, right.
The best is to try it.

- Right-clicking in the air can only be done once per second. If you have to right-click multiple times in a second, you must do it with an item or pointing the ground. This may be fixed in the future if people request it, it will however only be available for those who have ProtocolLib installed.
