Land Ahoy Mod (26.3, 26.1.2) – Travel Across Overworld Biomes

Land Ahoy Mod overhauls the Overworld by updating surface biomes with refreshed foliage palettes, relocated vegetation, and unique mob encounters. The mod gives every outdoor landscape a distinct look, making world travel and building projects feel much more varied.

Features:

• Shuffles tree types and plants so cherry and mangrove trees sprout in flower forests and swampy waters.
• Adds dry grass on top of snow blocks in icy biomes to create cold, windswept vistas.
• Spreads mud along river beds and swamp borders for a smoother transition between land and water.
• Scatters firefly bushes across savannas and birch woods instead of bunching them near water edges.
• Adjusts sky color based on biome heat, from sun-bleached pale blue in deserts to frosty indigo in frozen areas.
• Refreshes water tones to prevent harsh borders between ocean zones.
• Changes grass shades across biomes, giving regular savannas scorched yellow tones and windswept savannas bright tropical greens.
• Curates flower varieties by region, placing red flowers in taigas, white and yellow petals in meadows, pink blossoms in cherry groves, and cool blues in swamps.
• Spawns dangerous skeleton variants like Bogged and Strays across jungles, dark forests, and badlands.
• Makes zombie villagers appear more frequently in biomes they originally called home.
