PrimePolls — Let your players have a say

Create in-game polls to collect player feedback, choose upcoming events and make community decisions. Players vote through an interactive GUI and can browse results and previous polls.

One poll can be active at a time.








Installation

1. Place PrimePolls-1.0.4.jar in your server’s plugins folder.
   
   
2. Restart the server.
   
   
3. Use /pp admin to create your first poll.
   

No additional plugins are required. Use the Java version required by your Minecraft server; the plugin requires at least Java 17.

Commands

• /pp — Open the poll menu.
  
  
• /pp admin — Open the administration menu.
  
  
• /pp create 5m Which event? | Parkour | PvP — Create a poll.
  
  
• /pp results — View the active or latest poll results.
  
  
• /pp history — Browse previous polls.
  
  
• /pp open <id> — Open a specific poll.
  
  
• /pp end — End the active poll and announce results.
  
  
• /pp cancel — Cancel the active poll while keeping its history.
  
  
• /pp reload — Reload settings and translations.
  
  
• /pp help — Show command help.

Permissions

• primepolls.use — Access polls and results. Enabled for players by default.
  
  
• primepolls.vote — Vote in polls. Enabled for players by default.
  
  
• primepolls.admin — Create and manage polls. Enabled for operators by default.
  

Language and configuration

English is enabled by default. To use Polish, set languege: PL in config.yml and run /pp reload.

Settings include short English and Polish comments. Questions and answers use the text entered by the administrator.


Custom GUI font styles

Give your menus a distinctive look with three built-in text styles:

• NORMAL — classic Minecraft lettering.
• SMALL_CAPS — compact lettering, as shown in the previews.
• FULLWIDTH — wider lettering for a different look.

Choose your style using text-style.font in config.yml, then apply it with /pp reload. Font styling applies to GUI text only.
