When a player is killed by another player, their head drops for the killer. Every head a player has collected is recorded, so a collection becomes something to show off.
Features

Commands
Command - What it does
- /ps stats [player] - Show a collection
- /ps admin give <player> - Give yourself that player's head
- /ps admin giveall - Give every online player their own head
- /ps reload - Reload the configuration
Permissions
Permission - Default
- playerskulls.use - everyone
- playerskulls.admin.give - operator
- playerskulls.admin.giveall - operator
- playerskulls.admin.reload - operator
The full name /playerskulls always works. /ps is only an alias, and other plugins claim it too.
Notes
Profile lookups happen off the main thread, so a head never stalls the server waiting on a network call. Collections are saved on a timer and flushed on shutdown.
