THE ANGUISH
Anguish is a terrifying creature that can spawn in caves, forests, and most of the Overworld. With 150+ health, it relentlessly stalks players from nearby, creating a constant feeling of being watched.
Looking directly at Anguish triggers pain and suffering, accompanied by disturbing sounds, visual effects, and other psychological effects designed to torment the player.
Anguish is more than a dangerous mob—it is a constant presence that makes you feel like you are never truly alone.
