Market is a durable order-book marketplace for servers that want a real player economy rather than a collection of one-off listings.

Buyers can post demand before stock exists. Sellers can list supply or sell directly into existing buy orders. When prices cross, Market matches the best orders using price and time priority. Large orders can fill in parts across multiple players.

The entire player workflow runs through a vanilla chest interface, and neither the Paper nor Fabric edition requires a client installation.

Designed around accountable transactions

Buy-order currency and sell-order items are reserved before an order becomes active. Purchases, sale proceeds, cancellations, and refunds move through durable inbox and credit records.

Orders, deliveries, trade history, preferences, server stock, and recovery records are stored in SQLite. When the result of an external economy or inventory operation cannot be established safely, Market quarantines it for administrator review instead of assuming that it failed and repeating it.

Administrators can inspect these operations from the in-game recovery queue and choose an explicit resolution.

The optional server shop participates in the same order book as players.

It can provide:

• Unlimited fixed buy and sell prices
• Finite price levels with scheduled resets
• Durable inventory-backed stock
• Linear or exponential prices that respond to remaining stock
• Buy-only or sell-only markets

Player orders receive priority when their price is as good as the server's price.

Administration and integration

The administration interface includes market freezes, separate emergency controls, searchable orders, bulk cancellation, product restrictions, price bounds, server-shop monitoring, statistics, recovery tools, and audit history.
