With this Plugin you turn your food bar into a sprint bar for your players, aslong as the player sprints he looses every x ticks a half point of hunger (can be configured), while he is not sprinting he regenerates every x ticks a half point of hunger. For default any other way to regenerate food level like eating food is disabled but can be turned on easily in the configuration. Please remember that you have to reload the plugin or your server after you made changes to the ticks.
