This project renders live nation borders onto xaero's minimap and world map for the minecraft server Aechronis

A live map overlay for the Aechronis Minecraft server. It shows nation nodes on your minimap and world map, so you can see who owns what at a glance.
This mod only works on the Aechronis server. On any other server, or in singleplayer, it does nothing.

- Nodes shown in each nation's color, right on the map
- Town and nation names labeled at their locations
- Resource-rich land marked and labeled
- Ports and other buildings marked
- Live war updates — see territory change hands in real time during a siege
