Iron Wolf Armor Mod (26.3, 26.1.2) – Keep Tamed Dogs Alive in Dangerous Battles

Iron Wolf Armor Mod brings multiple protective gear sets for tamed dogs in Minecraft. It expands pet protection beyond basic armadillo scutes by introducing leather, copper, chainmail, iron, gold, diamond, and netherite suits. Your canine companions can survive dangerous battles against monsters in deep caves and the Nether without getting knocked out quickly. Vanilla armors remain untouched while giving your pets extra defense for every stage of your adventure.

Features:

• Adds craftable wolf gear made from leather, copper, chainmail, iron, gold, diamond, and netherite.
• Lets you customize every gear tier with dyes at the crafting table to create millions of unique color trims.
• Allows washing dyed suits inside a water cauldron if you want to reset their appearance.
• Lets you repair worn gear directly by right-clicking your pet with matching ingots or gems.
• Allows smelting copper, chainmail, iron, and gold dog gear in furnaces to regain metal nuggets.
• Includes dedicated configuration files to adjust protection values, durability points, and knockback resistance.

How to Use:

1. Craft your preferred wolf armor set at a regular crafting table using standard ingots, gems, or leather.
2. Combine the crafted set with your favorite dye items in the crafting grid to color the trim.
3. Right-click your tamed wolf with the armor in hand to equip it.
4. Right-click a damaged dog with matching repair materials to fix their protection on the spot.
5. Place a dyed armor piece into a water cauldron if you want to wash away the dye.
