Fishing contests for the whole server. Free.

Every hour, the whole server gets ten minutes to fish. Every catch goes out in chat, coloured by rarity: "Jaymar921 has caught a 35cm Atlantic Mackerel". A boss bar drains across the top of the screen, the sidebar tracks the leaders, and when time is up the top three get paid.
Lite is the whole contest, not a demo of one.

What you get
- Scheduled Overworld contests on an interval you choose, with warnings before each one and a countdown that survives restarts.
- 20 real fish from Minnow to Sailfish, Common to Epic. Every fish is a unique item with its length, catcher and date.
- Contest arenas: hold contests at a spot you mark out instead of across the whole world.
- Live HUD: a draining boss bar and a leaderboard sidebar, each one optional.
- Money for the podium, paid to offline winners too.
- Fish market GUI with prices by rarity and size.
- Journal and stats: every species caught, personal bests, lifetime records.
- Configurable and translatable, hex colours included.

Fish Tales Premium adds
- Nether contests on lava, with a floating bobber, a flame trail and a split second to reel, in Nether contest arenas too.
- All 100 fish, including Legendary and Mythic catches that stop the whole server. Lite's journal already lists them, greyed.
- Feeding frenzies, three ways to win, and full rewards: commands, any number of places, participation, fireworks.
- Fixed-time events, seasons and a contest control panel.
Swap the jar and everything carries over: stats, journals, settings.
Lite shows a short list of the author's other plugins once per player per session, 45 minutes in, and in /fishtales plugins. Premium has no adverts.
