Which build do you need?

This mod ships a separate file for every mod loader and every version of the game. Pick both, then download — the wrong build installs fine and then does nothing in the game.

I don't know my version or loader
Open the Minecraft launcher and look at the profile you play on — it names both, like fabric-loader-1.21.4. The version also shows in the bottom-right corner of the game's main menu.
No loader in the profile name? Then it's plain Minecraft, and these mods won't run — you need Fabric or NeoForge installed first.

Rapid Progression

Speeds up smelting and brewing recipes without affecting fuel consumption.

This is a lightweight datapack designed to help players spend less time waiting for their furnaces and similar blocks and instead spend more time doing more important things, such as dying to a creeper deeper in the cave.

Features

Customization

You can dynamically adjust the speed of processing using the /scoreboard command.

Command Syntax

scoreboard players set <target> rapid-proc.speed_multiplier <value>

Available Targets

Target Description Default Value
#global Affects all speed multipliers (the master multiplier). 4
#brewing Affects the speed of all brewing stands. 1
#cooking Affects the speed of all furnaces/smelters. 1

Example Usage: To make brewing extremely fast (8x speed) while keeping smelting at the default 4x, run: scoreboard players set #brewing rapid-proc.speed_multiplier 2.
We set it to 2 here because #global is already set to 4 by default, thus 1(base) * 4(global) * 2(brewing) = 8.

Important Note

If you change the speed multipliers while a furnace is already running or a brewing stand is already placed in your world, the changes may not apply to that specific block immediately. To apply the new speed settings to an existing block, simply break and place down the block again.

Technical Details and Limitations
