A stalker called the Maternal Wraith hunts the player in I Heard It Too, a horror add-on built around chase sequences and a tense mood. It can be spotted, which triggers a chase and a sense of dread.
Other pieces add to the eerie atmosphere, including a phone, Deadcow and Deadpig. The add-on uses scripting APIs, so Experimental Features must be turned on in the world settings for it to work. It adds a survival horror layer to ordinary worlds, with a stalker that keeps coming after the player.
