Precision Cannon Sights Mod (1.21.1) – Aim Big Cannons Directly Down the Barrel

Precision Cannon Sights Mod adds direct scope aiming for Create Big Cannons. This mod lets you link a sighting connector to your artillery blocks to look straight down the barrel. It offers multiple camera perspectives and zoom levels for long-range targeting. The visual sights follow moving vehicles and tilting turrets without breaking target locks.

Features:

• Scope Connector: Links directly to any artillery block with a single click to track its firing line.
• Dual Aiming Modes: Gives you two distinct viewpoints, letting you look from directly above the barrel or straight from the muzzle.
• Lets you zoom in on targets with 2x, 4x, and 8x magnification settings using the mouse wheel.
• Lets you cycle through different sight overlay materials using a dedicated key.
• Follows moving vehicle chassis, adjusting the sight angle and tilt on physical contraptions.
• Works as long as the scope item remains inside your inventory.

How to Use:

1. Hold the Scope Connector and right-click on a cannon block (the breech block is recommended for the best accuracy).
2. Keep the CBC Scope item inside your inventory.
3. Press = to aim from above the cannon barrel.
4. Press , to switch your view directly to the muzzle tip.
5. Scroll the Mouse Wheel while aiming to cycle between 2x, 4x, and 8x zoom levels.
6. Press / to change the scope reticle style.
7. Press the aim key again to exit the scope view.
8. Hold Shift and right-click the cannon block with the connector to unbind.
