Literary Beta Survival Mod – Write Custom Books in Classic Beta Survival

Literary Beta Survival Mod adds Book and Quill items alongside written books to Beta 1.7.3. Players can write notes, sign custom stories, and keep journals just like in later updates of the game. The mod brings a double-page reading interface similar to Bedrock Edition while keeping classic crafting mechanics intact. It also lets you switch back to the original single-page view through config settings.

How to Use:

1. Craft a Book and Quill by combining a book, an ink sac, and a feather in the crafting table.
2. Hold the Book and Quill in your hand and right-click to open the writing interface.
3. Type your text across pages, then click Sign to name and lock the book.
4. Combine any signed book with a blank book in a crafting grid to make an exact copy.
