EnchantFix
Have you noticed that the strings displayed on the enchanted item can be weird when the enchant's level towers than 10.
The plugin may be the solution for this problem.

I made two-language-notification in console because I am a Chinese.
Last but not the least, please note that do not give others the items which is modified if you are in Creative mode,or the items will be considered by client that it is true,but in fact it is only a fake packet.
And the enchant tower than 3999 will not be displayed correctly for some reason.
