Minks and Misfits Mod introduces a collection of unusual animals and fantasy creatures to your worlds. This mod fills biomes with real-world wildlife like minks and sea otters alongside strange monsters. You can tame new animal companions, collect fresh crafting items, and give protective gear to your pets.

Features:

New Mobs:

• Minks: Neutral animals that players can tame with raw chicken or cod, brush for fur, and rely on for combat defense.
• Opossums: Passive companions immune to poison that scare away arthropods and yield special drops after hunts.
• Sea Otters: Beach dwellers that players can tame with fish to store inventory items and open shells.
• Sugar Gliders: Forest creatures found in eucalyptus trees that drop useful crafting leftovers when fed bottles of sap.
• Luna Moths: Gentle night flyers that drop moth dust used to assemble decorative moth lamps.
• Sappy Creepers: Tough forest monsters that explode into sticky sap without destroying nearby blocks.
• Zombie Blocklings: Rare night monsters in old structures that players can cure back to normal.

Item and Pet Changes:

• Brushes work directly on tamed minks to harvest useful fur.
• Players can give Totems of Undying to any tamed pets to keep them safe from death.
• Adds craftable moth lamps using gathered moth dust.
• Hardened sap leftovers from sugar gliders serve as ingredients in new crafting recipes.
