Inspired by the dimension shown at Minecraft Live 2026, The Sift adds a brand-new world to your server: a turquoise sky over pink meadows, forests of huge white trees, red rock spires, pale plateaus and floating islands with waterfalls, home to 11 new creatures, 3 dungeons and 5 bosses.
Players build an amethyst portal, step through, and play a full adventure from their first shard to the final boss. No mods, no client install: Java and Bedrock players alike.

✿ Four regions
Pink Meadows with tall pink grass and flowers, the
Frost Forest of giant white trees, the
Red Spires (red sand, striped terracotta and rock towers) and the pale
Shattered Peaks.
☁ Its own sky
Custom biomes give the Sift a turquoise sky, coloured fog, turquoise water, tinted grass and its own music. The plugin installs them for you.
⛰ Floating islands
Islands high in the sky and islets just above the ground, some pouring a waterfall off their edge.
✨ Glowing flowers
Four flowers that really light up the Frost Forest at night. Pick them and plant them anywhere.
Every creature has its own 3D model with real animations: walk cycles, hops, flapping wings, swimming jellyfish, spinning rings.
Peaceful
- Bulb: a blue cube with long ears that hops around the meadows.
- Loomer: a tall grazer with glowing antlers; hunt it for meat.
- Glimmerwing: a glowing moth.
- Drifter: a huge jellyfish floating through the sky.
- Sift Koi: a glowing fish of the lakes.
- Shardling: a crystal creature that blinks behind you.
- Prismite: a crystal spider of the night and the caves.
- Thornback: a red rock beast that charges.
- Frost Stalker: throws ice that freezes you.
- Wisp: flies through walls and shoots shards.
- Hollow Bulb: a corrupted Bulb that bursts (without breaking your builds).
A progression your players can follow from start to finish, with its own advancement tab and hints above the hotbar that show them what to do next. The portal even tells them what their frame is missing.
- Craft a Sift Catalyst and light an amethyst portal.
- Mine Shard Ore, craft shard tools and Phase Boots (double jump).
- Find a Sift Shrine with the Sift Compass and call the Prism Warden.
- Forge the Prism Blade and Prism Armour (custom armour textures).
- Clear the three dungeons: the Crimson Keep, the Frozen Hollow and the Sky Sanctum.
- Forge the Rift Key and face The Sifter in the Rift Citadel.
- Wear the Crown of the Sift.
⚔ Five bosses with phases
Prism Warden, Spire Tyrant, Frost Matriarch, Storm Wisp and The Sifter. Shard volleys, charges, frost novas, marked lightning strikes, minions, gravity flips and an arena that closes in.
♜ Dungeons that fill themselves
Guards appear as players arrive, the boss waits in its room, chests hold real loot, and beating the boss clears the dungeon for everyone.
✦ 37 custom items
Blocks, tools, armour, food, keys, a compass that finds every structure, and more. All with their own textures.
Build an upright frame of Blocks of Amethyst, use the catalyst, and a turquoise swirl fills it. Step in: the first trip builds a linked portal on the other side. Animals and items travel too.
- Java and Bedrock players: with Geyser on your server, Bedrock players see the Sift's blocks, items, armour, creatures, bosses, colours and portal. The plugin sets it all up for Geyser.
- The resource pack just works: players download it from a public CDN. No port to open, no hosting to set up.
- Works with Nexo: on Nexo servers the Sift's pack and blocks go into Nexo, so nothing clashes and players get one pack.
- Custom blocks without client mods: they break like the blocks they look like (stone with a pickaxe, soil with a shovel), with two modes to choose from.
- Admin tools: /sift doctor checks your whole setup in one message; teleport to any dungeon, summon any creature or boss, a menu with every item, locate structures.
- Fine-grained permissions for every command and for portals and bosses.
- Everything configurable: what every item does and in which worlds, creature health, damage and spawn caps, boss damage, structure spacing, and every message (leave one empty to turn it off).
- Light on the server: the world generator caches its noise per chunk, creatures nobody can see don't animate, and a performance profile (smp, public, light) fits it to your server.
