Diplomacy

This is a vanilla-themed social mod created by TurtleBoi, focused on adding player alliances, enemies, profiles, server-wide announcements, notifications, and configurable PvP rules.

And the other is for seeing player-made announcements (that you can like or dislike without changing your current relation status)

Those are all the main additions of Diplomacy. In the config, you can change the pvpstatus variable to change how PvP will work in your server, where:

0 - PvP remains the same as vanilla

1 - Allied players cannot damage eachother

2 - Only enemy players can hurt eachother

You can also change how many different notifications the logs will show, and the cooldown between posts on the player board.

Feel free to reach out to me on Discord (stebob.) if you make your own translation patch for the mod.
