Ascendant Arcana Mod replaces random vanilla enchanting with recipe-based mechanics and brings dozens of specialized modifiers for weapons, armor, and tools. Players unlock enchanting earlier in survival using copper tables, while high-tier options need Chiseled Bookshelves and power. The mod also introduces Relics and Magical Scrap to upgrade gear without relying on luck.

Ranged Enchantments:

• Archer’s Gambit speeds up bow and crossbow draw time for every shot landed in a row.
• Blazebolt turns crossbow ammo into blaze rods that shoot piercing fire beams.
• Evoker’s Wrath summons evoker fangs directly under struck targets.
• Guiding makes fired arrows follow your crosshair while you hold the bow.
• Hobbling Shot slows movement speed and jump height with stacking hits.
• Miasma creates lingering status pools wherever tipped arrows land.
• Prepared Shot adds bonus damage and causes explosions when holding a full draw for an extra second.
• Rejuvenating Shot converts arrow damage into healing for the hit target.
• Repeating lets players crouch to load multiple crossbow shots and fire them one after another.

• Cushioning lowers impact damage taken from hitting walls while flying with elytra.

• Bladeheart, Coldheart, Heart of the Nether, and Heart of the Storm boost physical, freezing, fire, or lightning damage.
• Heart of the Turtle reduces incoming and outgoing damage for a tank setup.
• Witch Heart boosts all outgoing magic damage.
• Curse of the Depths pulls the wearer downward while swimming in water.
• Curse of Enfeeblement lowers your total maximum health points.
• Curse of Inaccuracy lowers the shooting accuracy of bows and crossbows.

How to Use:

1. Craft a Copper Enchanting Table using copper ingots, restorine, and a normal book for early gear upgrades.
2. Surround standard enchanting tables with regular Bookshelves and Chiseled Bookshelves to raise enchanting power.
3. Place enchanted books into nearby Chiseled Bookshelves to unlock higher rarity recipes.
4. Collect Magical Scrap by combining gold nuggets, amethyst, and lapis lazuli or by grinding enchanted loot in a grindstone.
5. Select your desired enchantment recipe inside the enchanting table menu and supply the required materials.
