This is the second design from the HuskyMC team, aimed to provide a clean, simple yet beautiful design for any minecraft server.
Included in this is a server information such as online status, player count and message of the day.
It comes with a staff application form and ban appeal, the responses are emailed to your admin email.

Configuration
Configuration is extremely simple, you only have to open up config.php and replace the values in capitals with the correct values and your website is ready to go immediately.
