Commands:
/lightningstick - Gives a Lightning stick to yourself.
/lightningstick <player> - Give a Lightning stick to someone else.
/lightningstick all - Give a Lightning stick to everyone.
/lightningstick reset - Reset all Lightning sticks
/lightningstick help - Display the help page
Permission notes:
lightingstick.use - Access to the /lightingstick command
lightingstick.give.self - Access to give yourself a lightningstick.
lightingstick.give.all - Access to give everyone a Lightningstick.
lightningstick.give.other - Acess to give others a Lightningstick..
