silly mod that tries to make leaves decay when tree cut

i changed logic according to first(0.0.1) version so now it just decays all leaves when you cut tree (only at last log on tree)

but it kinda has one sideeffect that when there is one log near any leaf it breaks all leaves near that log when broken so be carefull if you are using leaves on your buildings when this mod is installed

--[[ this part was when i did version 0.0.1: i didn't understand the algorithm that decides to leaf decay so i added other conditions to make it decay:

when leaf block gets broken by player: detect leaves every side of the block get breaken, break them too

when neighbor block updates: detect blocks every side of the block get breaken and if they are not leaf and wood, break immeditally (like getting sourrunded by air etc)

installition is like for singleplayer, just download client zip and add it to game as any other jarmod ([prismlauncher] is good at managing jarmods) if gonna use on server, probably adding class file from server zip to server jar file is enough, since it's server-side code, only server needs it and client doesn't need it ig
