Key Features
Restores fishing rod stasis mechanics on Paper-based servers. Each fishing rod is bound individually and retains that binding even after logging out. Allows you to configure the stasis limit.
Commands
/stasis clear - Removes all of the player's bound stasis points
/stasis reload - (op) Reloads the plugin configuration

IMPORTANT
The configuration inside the plugin is in Russian. If you need a different language for the plugin, change it manually in the config file.
